Pricing and Tariffs
All pricing includes GST.
Seasonal/unit rates and minimum booking periods apply.
Extra charges may apply, such as for departures on public holidays.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: Available from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM (later by arrangement).
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out is available by arrangement and incurs a surcharge.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the booked date incur no fee.
Cancellations within 7 days may result in the deposit being retained, and the full amount for the booked accommodation may be charged.
Special conditions apply to group quotations/reservations.
Credit Card Guarantees
Online reservations require authorization of a credit card deposit/withdrawal.
No charge will be made unless the guest fails to arrive for the booked accommodation.
Changes to Reservation Terms
Changes to reservation terms are treated as new bookings, and additional charges may apply.
Extensions are subject to room availability.
Early departures may not result in a refund unless management approves and the accommodation can be relet.
Car Parking
Due to limited space, we allow one vehicle per unit during peak times.
Smoking Policy
Wrights by the Sea Motel is a smoke-free complex.
Smoking is permitted outside, away from open windows, doors, and other guests (especially children).
If smoking occurs in a room, a specialist cleaning company will be engaged. Costs for cleaning, laundry, and any loss of income will be charged to the registered guest.
Wireless Internet
By connecting, you agree to these terms.
The service is intended for general online use, such as browsing and email.
Prohibited activities include illegal downloads, spam, hacking, or excessive bandwidth use (e.g., large downloads).
We reserve the right to terminate Wi-Fi access if these conditions are violated.
General Policies
Visitors: Permitted at management’s discretion until 9:00 PM. Visitors must park on the road. The registered guest is responsible for their behavior.
Property Damage: Deliberate or reckless acts causing damage, or inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income, will be charged to the registered guest.
Soiling Fee: A $100.00 fee applies for excessive soiling, charged to the registered guest’s credit card.
Overdue Accounts
All accounts are payable on departure.
Overdue accounts may incur recovery fees.
Left Luggage and Lost Property
Luggage or personal belongings left in our care or as lost property will be looked after to the best of our ability but remain at the owner’s risk.
